Why is there no price listed on your website?
The price of our service is first set upon request due to the high exclusivity of our music.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
For liability and security reasons we only accept normal and international bank transfers.
How long does it take for me to get a response after I submitted my form?
We usually help and respond to our customers within 24 - 48 hours. Keep in mind that our timezone might differ from yours.
Do you offer more styles other than the ones listed in the audio samples section?
As for now unfortunately not.
What are your terms of service?
The terms will appear in a customized contract between you and Spirit Coaching GmbH prior to delivering your music.
Is your music royalty free or do I have to pay extra fees if I want to re-use my track?
The music we produce for you is a single license, and should only be used for 1 project and its associated items.
Is my music free of watermarks?
Yes but, however, when our customers want a preview of our progress we usually send them a watermarked demo.
Do I own the copyright once I purchased and received my custom track?
We license or give you the right (under certain conditions) to use our music, but the copyright remains with the author.
What should I do if your webpage is not correctly displayed on my browser?
Please make sure that you installed the newest version of your browser, and also that javascript is enabled.
